      Kim Oatman, MPA, PE, Assistant Vice President for Facilities & Operations - Morehead State University

    Kim H. Oatman has served as the Assistant Vice President for Facilities & Operations at Morehead State University since January of 2018.   Prior to his move to Morehead, he served as Branch Leader of Civil Design Inc. in Louisville.  He has held the positions of AVP for Facilities at the University of Louisville as well as Chief Engineer and Chief Facilities Officer at Murray State University.  He is a professional engineer and professional land surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience in higher education facilities management, engineering consulting and construction.  Mr. Oatman holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Public Administration from Murray State University.

     

      Dr. Robert Williams, Capital Construction Associate Director - University of Kentucky

    Bob Williams has been employed with the University of Kentucky Capital Project Management Division since 1996. Bob serves as the Director of Capital Projects for UK.  A Kentucky native, Bob holds a B.S. and M.H.E. from Morehead University and an Ed.D. from Indiana University. Prior to joining the University of Kentucky, he served in the United States Army, Kentucky Department of Education, and Sparks-Terrell Lumber Company. Bob and his wife Linda, whom he has been married to for 48 years, reside in Lexington and have three sons Robert Jr., Kelley, and Matthew.

      Brian Hutzley, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer - Centre College 

    Brian Hutzley joined Centre College in 2016 to serve as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. A Michigan native with a B.S. in accounting from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University, Hutzley served most recently as vice president for finance and administration at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. He has an impressive 30-year record of service in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, including key leadership roles at public and private universities.

    Before Colgate, Hutzley served as vice chancellor and CFO for the State University of New York (SUNY), which includes 64 campuses and is the country’s largest public higher education system. Hutzley was responsible for overseeing the $12 billion annual operating budget, along with relevant finance and budget areas in addition to financial aid and information technology. He came to oversee the entire system after six years as vice president for business and finance at SUNY’s Delhi campus, where he managed an annual budget of $80 million.

    Prior to his career in higher education, Hutzley spent some two decades in the private sector, ending that part of his career as director of financial planning and analysis for Mead/AT-A-GLANCE, in charge of a $1.2 billion annual budget.

      Kelly Crocker, Project Administrator  - Eastern Kentucky University

    Kelly Crocker is a registered architect working as a project administrator for Capital Construction and Project Administration at Eastern Kentucky University.  Most of his career has been in the private sector, where he was involved primarily with educational buildings.  He has also worked with State Government in project administration.  Recent projects that Kelly has worked with at Eastern include the New Science Building Phase 2, two new P3 dormitories, a parking garage, Carloftis Gardens, the Turner Gate, the new Case Dining Hall, the new Rec Center and the renovation of the Powell Student Center.

       Ken Marks, Director for Capital Construction and Sustainability - Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS) 

    Ken Marks is the current System Director of Facilities Support Services for Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).  He is responsible for capital projects with in the KCTCS System that comprises of over 70 campuses, 361 buildings and over 8.3 million square feet. Ken has been serving at KCTCS since 2010. Prior to KCTCS, he was with the Kentucky Finance Cabinet where he served as Deputy Commissioner for Department for Facilities and Support Services. Ken holds a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville and is a registered Engineer in the State of Kentucky.

       Kenneth Dietz, Director of University Planning, Design and Construction -  University of Louisville
