Participants will explore the various generations that are currently in the workforce.  Special attention will be given to understanding the millennial generation and how to lead this large and diverse generation as it continues to integrate into the workforce.

Speaker Bio

Mayor Carter M. Hendricks took office as Hopkinsville’s second youngest mayor on January 1, 2015. In addition, Mayor Hendricks currently owns Momentum Consulting, a company focused on helping businesses and organizations improve through public speaking, training, professional development, and leadership coaching.

Mayor Hendricks has also served as the President/CEO of the Christian County Chamber of Commerce from 2010-2014. Prior to his tenure as President/CEO, Hendricks served as the Senior Vice President and Military Affairs Director at the Chamber from 2005-2009.

Mayor Hendricks’s previous professional experiences include teacher, coach, after school supervisor, grantcoordinator, college instructor, and AmeriCorps member.
